Terms & Conditions

  1. Laundry deliveries will be made within 72 hours.

  2. Dry cleaning garments will be delivered within 120 hours.

  3. Urgent delivery requests will incur an additional 100% charge.

  4. For free pick-up & delivery, a minimum laundry order of 6 KG is required.

  5. We strive to deliver clothes on time. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, delivery times may vary. We will keep you informed of any delays.

  6. Customers are requested to check garments at the time of delivery.

  7. We are not responsible for:

    • Color fading or bleeding

    • Shrinkage

    • Damage to embellishments or embroidery during processing

  8. While every effort is made to remove stains, The Central Laundry will not be responsible for stubborn or unremovable stains.

  9. All garments are accepted at the customer’s risk.

  10. Garments not collected within 15 days from the scheduled delivery date will not be the responsibility of The Central Laundry.

  11. We are not liable for any loss or damage due to fire, burglary, or other unforeseen events.

  12. Prices are indicative and may vary depending on garment complexity. Final rates will be shared after inspection.

  13. Cleaning techniques used may include:

    • Wash with emulsifiers, detergents, and softeners

    • Soft washes for delicate fabrics

    • Dry cleaning using Perchloroethylene and Hydrocarbon technology

  14. We are digitally active on all major social media platforms.

  15. All legal disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts in Mumbai.

  16. Images of clothes may be used for promotional purposes (with care to avoid showing personal details).

  17. Our service prices may vary from store to store and city to city.

  • Get free re-processing if there’s a quality issue.

  • This program is free of charge for customers who pay via our mobile app.

  • Complaints must be made within 7 days of delivery. Complaints after this window will not be accepted.
